牛宝华 副教授

Associate Professor Niu Baohua

牛宝华，副教授，硕士研究生导师，美国北佛罗里达大学访问学者。主要研究领域为英语教育、英汉对比与翻译。代表作有：“宗教：外语教学跨文化交际能力框架中不可或缺的要素”“英汉对比视角下的大学英语翻译教学效果分析”“教育生态思想指导下的研究生英语教学” “从教学大纲看美国大学的教育理念”。主编、参编教材五部；主持、参与八项省级校级科研项目；译著一部。

Niu Baohua is Associate Professor and Supervisor for Master’s Program Candidates at the School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an). She is also a visiting scholar at the University of North Florida, USA.

Professor Niu’s main research fields cover English education, English-Chinese contrastive studies and translation. Her representative works include: “Religion: An Indispensable Element in the Framework of Intercultural Communicative Competence for Foreign Language Teaching”, “An Analysis of the Effectiveness of College English Translation Teaching from the Perspective of English-Chinese Contrast”, “Graduate English Teaching Under the Guidance of Educational Ecological Thought”, and “A Study of American University Educational Concepts from the Perspective of Syllabi”.

Professor Niu has acted as chief editor or co-editor for five textbooks, presided over or participated in eight research projects at the provincial and university levels, and has one translated work to her credit.
