李艳 副教授

Associate Professor Li Yan

李艳，女，西北政法大学副教授，硕士生导师，法学博士，日本知识产权研究所国际招聘研究员。中国法学会知识产权法学研究会理事，陕西省法学会知识产权法研究会常务理事。主要从事知识产权法、反不正当竞争法、网络法的研究。现已出版专著两部，发表论文20余篇。在法律英语翻译方面，教授研究生法律文本翻译课程，有译著一部《知识产权的价值评估基础》。

Li Yan, Ph.D. in Law, is Associate Professor and Supervisor for Master’s Program Candidates at Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an). She is an internationally recruited researcher at the Japan Institute of Intellectual Property. Professor Li serves as a director of the Intellectual Property Law Research Society of the China Law Society and an executive director of the Intellectual Property Law Research Society of Shaanxi Law Society.

Her main research focuses on intellectual property law, anti-unfair competition law, and cyber law. So far, she has published two monographs and more than 20 academic papers. In the field of legal English translation, she teaches the course of translation of legal texts (intellectual property) for MTI students, and has a translated work titled The Foundation of Intellectual Property Valuation.
